About this statement
Edith Care is provided by Jobello Technology AB, company registration number 559311-6907. We work actively to make our digital services accessible and usable for as many users as possible. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we continuously improve the experience for the clinical professionals who use our service.
This statement covers our website (edithcare.us) and our web application. It also tells you how to report accessibility barriers to us so that we can fix them.
We publish this statement voluntarily. We design and build with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 in mind, and we aim to make our services usable by everyone.
02
Our standard and how we test
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 level AA for both our website and our web application. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Our accessibility is assessed against the WCAG 2.2 guidelines through a combination of:
- •Automated tools — code analysis to verify technical compliance.
- •Manual testing — keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility and user testing.
- •User feedback — continuous improvements based on recurring feedback from clinical staff.
We provide both a public website and a web-based application. For clarity, we have split the accessibility information into separate sections for each digital service.
03
Website (edithcare.us)
Accessibility considerations are integrated into our design and development process, with a focus on clear structure, readable content and considered use of colour and layout. The website supports keyboard navigation, allowing users to move through interactive elements without a mouse.
The website partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Known areas for improvement include:
- •Complete keyboard navigation in all components
- •Optimized screen-reader support
- •Improved contrast in some graphical elements
The website was last assessed internally against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard on 31 March 2026.
04
Web application (app.edithcare.se)
The application is designed for use by clinical professionals on desktop and tablet. We are actively working to improve accessibility. Known areas for improvement include:
- •Some text elements and interactive components may have insufficient contrast
- •The AI assistant (chat interface) is not fully optimized for screen readers
- •The editor has limited keyboard-navigation support for advanced formatting
- •The recording feature requires microphone access, which may be limiting for some assistive-technology setups
- •On smaller screens, some features may have limited accessibility
The web application was last assessed internally against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard on 31 March 2026.
05
Our goals
Our goal is to achieve WCAG 2.2 level AA for both the website and the application. We prioritize accessibility work on an ongoing basis and plan to:
- •Carry out regular accessibility reviews (at least every six months)
- •Expand automated testing in our development process
- •Improve compatibility with assistive technologies, including screen readers and alternative input devices
- •Train our development and design organization in accessibility
If your organization requires accessibility conformance documentation, such as a VPAT®/Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), please contact us — producing one is part of our US roadmap.
06
